Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on laboratory testing of incoming raw materials Test finished

products according to established specifications and procedures Prepare samples and perform physical and analytical laboratory tests using different testing methods and equipment Accurately document test procedures, observations, calculations, and results Compare results against specifications and promptly communicate any unusual or nonconforming findings Prepare, label, organize, store, and retain laboratory samples Maintain organized laboratory records and quality documentation Keep laboratory equipment, supplies, and work areas clean and organized Follow written procedures, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements Support the investigation of quality concerns and out-of-specification results Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments Assist with other responsibilities within the Quality Department, which may include: Preparing documentation for customer and certification audits Supporting internal and external audit preparation Collecting and reviewing supplier qualification documents Organizing certificates, specifications, and other quality records Supporting raw-material and finished-product documentation Assisting with continuous improvement projects Performing other quality-related tasks as needed What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? You are extremely precise and pay close attention to details You are organized and able to maintain accurate, complete records You are self-motivated and can manage your daily responsibilities You are dependable and consistently follow through on assigned tasks You can follow written procedures and instructions carefully You remain focused and accurate when performing repetitive testing You take ownership of your work and communicate concerns promptly You are comfortable asking questions when information or results are unclear You can work independently while also contributing to the Quality Team You understand that accurate documentation is just as important as performing the test You are willing to learn new products, procedures, equipment, and quality requirements You take pride in maintaining high standards and producing reliable results Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Biology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required Previous laboratory, quality control, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, chemical, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required Comfortable performing hands-on work with powders, samples, and laboratory equipment Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills Ability to follow established procedures and accurately record results Basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with controlled documentation or quality systems is a plus Compensation $35,000-$45,000 annual base salary , depending on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus opportunity What We Offer Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical quality control Training in
