Overview:

Medical device manufacturer seeking a full-time mid-level chemist. The chemist should be able to support both formulation work and analytical testing, with enough hands-on laboratory experience to operate key equipment independently. Primary Responsibilities

• Formulate fragrances from individual ingredients.
• Set up, operate, and maintain a GC-MS system.
• Set up and operate equipment required for microcapsule synthesis, including high-shear homogenizers and standard reaction equipment such as flasks, stirrers, and temperature-controlled circulating baths.
• Perform quality control on microparticles, including accelerated aging tests and microscopic inspection of capsule integrity.

Conduct internal quality control on microencapsulated odors Assist with SOP's for

ISO 13485

requirements Quality control projects as needed

Requirements:

M.S in Chemistry Experience - 3-5 years Opportunities for advancement, and travel Excellent Benefits

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
