Our approach emphasizes integrity, innovation, and impact in healthcare research. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator located in Chula Vista, CA. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring compliance with study protocols. Key responsibilities include data collection, monitoring patient safety, maintaining accurate records, and preparing study reports/source documents in accordance with regulatory guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff to ensure the successful execution of research studies. Qualifications Strong knowledge of informed consent procedures and associated ethical considerations Proven ability to understand and follow clinical study protocols Experience in research and clinical research, including patient-facing responsibilities Familiarity with clinical trials processes and guidelines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field, or equivalent experience Knowledge of regulations governing clinical research such as FDA and GCP is a plus.
