Clinical Specialist•Xper IM (Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology)
Pay:
$60.00-68.63/hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday; Hours vary based on customer training schedules and travel.
Location:
Fully Remote (Home-Based) with up to 80-90% travel throughout the United States Overview Join Philips as a Clinical Specialist supporting the Xper IM Clinical Education team across North America. In this highly travel-focused role, you'll provide clinical application training for healthcare professionals using Philips Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology systems. You'll serve as a trusted clinical expert, helping customers improve workflow, clinical proficiency, and patient outcomes while supporting equipment implementation and ongoing education. Job Description Deliver clinical application training at hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout North America. Train physicians, technologists, and clinical staff on Philips Xper IM systems. Assess user competency and issue continuing education credits when appropriate. Incorporate adult learning principles into clinical education programs. Develop and contribute clinical protocols, training materials, and best practices. Troubleshoot clinical application and equipment issues while escalating complex concerns as needed. Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout training engagements. Participate in healthcare conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. Complete training reports and required documentation within established timelines. Maintain company-issued equipment and other assigned assets. Support strategic business initiatives and collaborate with Clinical Education teams. Required Skills Active ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) certification. One of the following active advanced certifications: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV) Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology clinical experience , or Minimum of 2 years of clinical applications specialist experience . Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (80-90% overnight travel). Ability to manage travel arrangements and expenses independently. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical experience. Experience with Philips Xper IM systems. Expert knowledge of at least one current Philips imaging platform. Experience with Volcano intravascular imaging systems. Previous experience delivering clinical education or application training. Knowledge of adult learning methodologies. Experience supporting hospital implementations and clinical workflow optimization. #IND0726
