This position works under minimal supervision, working closely with the Sponsor/CRO study teams and site personnel for resolution of site issues.

Short Hills, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $70 - 90 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Conducts quality oversight and CRA evaluation visits to ensure site and CRA adherence to the study Monitoring Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, the Clinical Investigational Plan, Monitoring Plan, applicable regulatory, IRB/EC, and Sponsor standards, guidelines and policiesConducts training and shadowing visits as a senior monitor to coach, mentor, and verify quality of CRAs. Performs site monitoring visits or oversees monitoring visits conducted by CRA qualifications: 5+ years of onsite clinical monitoring experience and an understanding and proficiency in GCPBachelor's Degree or equivalent (scientific or healthcare discipline preferred)Strong experience in pain/post-op pain clinical trials required #LI-KS1 skills: Site Monitoring, Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
