Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic clinical research team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing healthcare through meticulous management of clinical trials. This exciting position offers the opportunity to oversee research projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. As a key team member, you'll coordinate study activities, monitor patient progress, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity and quality assurance. Duties Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards throughout the research process. Review and verify study documentation, including consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory submissions for accuracy and completeness. Monitor patient safety by tracking vital signs, blood sampling procedures, and adverse event reporting in accordance with clinical ethical guidelines. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for data collection, entry, and management while maintaining strict confidentiality under HIPAA regulations. Supervise research staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Conduct quality assurance audits aligned with clinical trials management standards to uphold research integrity. Skills Proven supervising experience in clinical or healthcare settings with strong leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, clinical laboratory procedures, and blood sampling techniques such as phlebotomy. Proficiency in data management software. Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP certification (or equivalent), and clinical research compliance requirements. Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple research projects simultaneously. Ability to review complex documentation accurately while ensuring adherence to clinical quality assurance standards. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within research teams and with external regulatory bodies. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
