Job Description Job Title:
Clinical Research Coordinator Job Summary:
Join a growing clinical research organization dedicated to advancing medicine and improving patient care through high-quality clinical trials. KUR International is seeking motivated Clinical Research Coordinators to support our expanding network of research sites across multiple locations. We are looking for candidates with clinical research experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality research, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing an exceptional experience for study participants. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials by partnering with investigators, research participants, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The position may also require travel between our Corpus Christi clinic locations depending on study needs, so candidates should be comfortable traveling locally as needed. We are looking for individuals with prior hands-on clinical research/clinical trial experience, preferably in a CRC role. Given the needs of this site, we need someone who can operate independently and manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the studies with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Prior CRC or other hands-on clinical research experience Phlebotomy experience Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills Ability to independently manage study visits, visit windows, source documentation, EDC entry, and sponsor queries Strong attention to protocol requirements and eligibility criteria Experience with patient recruitment, pre-screening, and informed consent Ability to communicate effectively with investigators, clinic staff, sponsors, monitors, and patients Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Willingness to travel between local clinic locations as needed
Preferred Skills :
Experience with CRIO or another clinical research management system would be preferred. Experience in wound care, vascular studies, DFU/VLU, or podiatry would also be a strong plus. An LVN, RN, or other nursing/clinical degree is preferred but not required if the candidate has strong, relevant CRC experience.
Work Schedule :
Full-Time Monday-Friday Flexibility to accommodate participant schedules and study-related activities, which may occasionally require early morning or extended hours. Occasional travel between nearby clinic locations may be required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to perform protocol-required clinical procedures and specimen handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical research environment while maintaining attention to detail.
