Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team.

Job ResponsibilitiesKey contact for clients; Liaison between Clients, CRO, and LabcorpEnsure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to the client.

Provide project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management.

Facilitate communications between Client and extended Labcorp study team, including Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.

Perform review of Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements.

Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.

Act as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skillsWork with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clientsParticipate in functional meetings and provide input, keeping processes up to dateComply with Central Labs Global Project Management strategySupport a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivityMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent6 years or more of experience in clinical research2 years or more of project management experience2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in life sciences2 years or more of experience working within Labcorp's CLS groupAdditional Job StandardsProven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, including handling escalations and delivering high-quality client supportDemonstrated success operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; strong ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and manage competing deadlinesExceptional organizational and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAt Labcorp, we believe in the power of science to change lives.
