Pre-identify potential subjects on each TLC provider's schedule Assist and familiarize the TLC clinical teams with the details of the study in order to present research as a possible opportunity for their patients Maintain accurate tracking logs for all communication with the clinic and research teams and patients Enter new subjects into database from clinic visits, physician referrals, self-referrals, internet and phone contacts Coordinate with research coordinators, scheduling team and research provider team for scheduling screening visits and communicate information to all relevant clinical personnel Knowledge of specific disease states and medications associated with these diseases Ensure medical review is complete prior to having subject scheduled for screening visit Provides weekly updates to upper management on screening and enrollment status of research potential subjects General Qualifications Bilingual (fluent English and Spanish speaker) Record maintenance skills. Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports. Knowledge of computerized information systems. Strong knowledge of management principles and practices. Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic, responsive training and development appropriate plans and programs. Strong knowledge of FDA GCP and ICH guidelines. Strong knowledge of all aspects of Phase I-IV clinical research. Advances verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Experience and Education (preferred) 5 years clinical research experience Certified Clinical Research Coordinator or Associate 5-10 years education/management experience Bachelor's Degree in related field
