This is a hands-on leadership role combining clinical trial operations, staff management, study startup, and business development. The Program Manager will supervise a team of Clinical Research Coordinators, oversee execution of active studies, lead onboarding and startup of new trials, and work directly with pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors and CROs to identify new research opportunities. INWR specializes primarily in clinical trials for Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, multiple system atrophy, essential tremor, and other movement and neurodegenerative disorders. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of Phase I-IV industry-sponsored clinical trials. Supervise, train, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Research Coordinators. Assign studies and manage team workload, performance, cross-training, and operational priorities. Lead operational startup of newly awarded trials from site selection through activation. Review protocols and translate study requirements into practical site workflows, staffing plans, training, and operational processes. Monitor study enrollment, participant visits, data quality, protocol compliance, monitoring findings, and sponsor deliverables. Maintain strong working relationships with sponsors, CROs, monitors, vendors, investigators, and research partners. Work with site leadership to identify and pursue new clinical trial opportunities aligned with INWR's patient population, capabilities, and mission. Participate in feasibility assessments, sponsor outreach, qualification visits, investigator meetings, and industry conferences. Maintain strong oversight of

requirements, FDA regulations, informed consent, source documentation, and inspection readiness. Identify operational, compliance, staffing, and enrollment risks and develop practical solutions. Support audits, monitoring visits, CAPAs, process improvement, and regulatory inspection readiness. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical research experience. Experience independently managing industry-sponsored interventional clinical trials. Experience with clinical trial startup, active study management, monitoring, data quality, and close-out. Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or training Clinical Research Coordinators or other research staff. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA-regulated clinical research, informed consent, protocol compliance, and clinical trial documentation. Demonstrated ability to work directly with sponsors, CROs, monitors, and investigators. Current ACRP certification such as ACRP-CP, CCRC, or CCRA, or comparable nationally recognized clinical research certification. Strong project-management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work fully on-site in Spokane, Washington. Preferred Qualifications Experience in neurology, CNS, movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, multiple system atrophy, or other neurodegenerative disorders. Experience managing a clinical research team or program. Experience with Phase I or other complex clinical trials. Experience with clinical research business development, feasibility, sponsor outreach, or site-selection activities. Experience supporting sponsor audits, FDA inspections, CAPAs, or formal quality-management activities. Bachelor's or advanced degree in science, healthcare, clinical research, business, or a related field.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
