Position Type:
Full-Time Casc Engineering and Consulting, Inc. is an industry leader in water quality consulting. We are accepting resumes for an ABET Civil EIT or PE Stormwater and Environmental Compliance Analyst.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program. ABET Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in Civil Engineering required; active California Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Two (2) or more years of experience in stormwater management (or related field) preferred. Working knowledge of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit requirements, particularly as they relate to land development and transportation projects. Familiarity with applicable engineering codes, regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Proficiency in preparing technical reports, exhibits, and engineering documentation. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and subconsultants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation and public speaking experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Report and exhibit preparation Stormwater consulting on land development projects Water Quality Management Plan Preparation and Plan Checking Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
