Back Environmental Compliance Scientist Environmental Engineer Contract 11638 Sep 29, 2026 Beaumont , TX Environmental Compliance Scientist Join Our Team as an Environmental Compliance Scientist and Make a Impact in a dynamic Petroleum Marine Terminal! In this vital role, you will support environmental stewardship by ensuring regulatory compliance related to air, water, and waste management. Your efforts will help maintain operational integrity and safeguard the environment, playing a key part in our commitment to sustainable industry practices. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to gather and process environmental reports. Your role will include data collection, report compilation, and onsite inspections, all performed with precision and a focus on compliance deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with report management are essential, alongside a willingness to work in varying site conditions with proper PPE.
Required Skills:
1 to 3 years of experience in environmental compliance or related field Strong organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to collaborate with various departments for report gathering Familiarity with environmental reporting obligations Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working in petroleum, marine, or industrial environments Knowledge of environmental permits and regulations Experience with report scanning, file management, and computer-based reporting
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related discipline Previous experience supporting air, water, and waste compliance activities
Other Requirements:
