FULL-TIME SKILLED TECHNICIAN

Role at a Glance Bill Jacobs BMW is expanding our internal, reconditioning, and maintenance production capacity and are seeking Skilled Technicians to perform advanced maintenance, inspections, and recon work. Skilled Technicians play a key role in throughput and customer satisfaction and benefit from consistent hours, high volume, and a clear path toward full Journeyman classification. What You'll Be Doing Maintenance services and fluid exchanges Tire, brake, and alignment-adjacent work within scope Pre-owned reconditioning and internal retail preparation Minor inspections and troubleshooting Resetting electronic systems where permitted Supporting OEM campaigns within classification limitations Multi-point inspections and documentation accuracy What's in It for You Strong work pipeline — internal, retail, and recon Premium brand environment with high standards and modern tooling AC/heated facility designed for efficiency and comfort Training, mentorship, and advancement toward Journeyman Competitive union-based wage and benefit structure
