Job Description

As an Infection Prevention/Hospital Educator at Encompass Health, you will lead infection prevention initiatives and staff education in a post-acute rehabilitation hospital. You will develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies, conduct surveillance and audits, analyze infection trends, and report outcomes to leadership. You'll design and deliver training for clinical and non-clinical staff, support regulatory readiness, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices, protect patients and staff, and drive continuous quality improvement in a patient-centered environment.
