Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field preferred Experience in food product development, R D, or food manufacturing preferred Knowledge of food formulation, commercialization, and product development processes Strong understanding of food safety, quality, and regulatory standards Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Passion for food innovation and continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Develop and commercialize innovative pasta, macaroni and cheese, and prepared pasta products Support new product development from concept through commercialization Collaborate with marketing, R D, product development, and operations teams to launch new products Conduct product testing, formulation, and process improvements Evaluate ingredients, materials, and manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and performance Assist with product trials, validations, and scale-up activities Ensure products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities Maintain accurate product development documentation and technical records Support continuous improvement initiatives and other R D projects as assigned Physical Capabilities Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process.
