Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Corporate Food Technology Senior Scientist in Bloomsburg, PA area!

Responsibilities:

Lead all technical aspects of the product phase Supervise all direct reports including performance reviews and feedback Select best quality and cost of raw materials, finished product, and packaging supplies Work with brands to produce labels and ensure all packaging meets legal requirements Bring attention to all quality issues and work with recall coordinator as needed Lead technicians in all trial work Prepare and maintain all formulas, materials, and documents Analyze all customer comments Resolve issues with outside suppliers and manufacturing plants Prioritize product quality opportunities Lead all product issues to resolution Monitor change in targets Travel to plants, vendors, and industry locations as needed Follow all established programs, policies, and practices to meet quality regulatory and company requirements

Requirements:
