Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics required; Master's degree preferred; acoustics specialization/coursework preferred. Professional certification such as INCE Board Certification or P.E. preferred. Provide collaborative guidance and leadership within the environmental acoustics team. Design and engineer acoustic solutions, including noise/vibration monitoring, computer noise modeling, and technical reporting. Attend client meetings with engineers, architects, and owners; present at public meetings and appear as expert witness as needed. Mentor junior staff and lead business development efforts including proposal writing and project scoping. Analyze data and modeling results using Microsoft Excel, GIS, and Cadna/A; interpret noise regulations, building codes, and relevant test standards.

Salary:

$150,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
