Build Your Career in Clinical Toxicology S&G Labs is looking for a smart, highly detail-oriented Toxicology Associate with prior toxicology laboratory experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build deeper technical skills, take on increasing responsibility, and grow within our laboratory. We strongly believe in promoting from within , and this position is designed to provide a pathway toward a future Toxicology Analyst role for the right person. Our niche is clinical drug testing . What You'll Do You will support the daily testing workflow of our clinical toxicology laboratory, including: Perform specimen preparation and sample extractions for toxicology testing. Operate and maintain EIA instrumentation used for screening. Work with automated liquid handling systems . Prepare reagents, standards, controls, and laboratory materials. Assist with
LC-MS/MS
sample preparation and workflow. Load, organize, and track samples through the testing process. Review work carefully for accuracy and identify potential errors or inconsistencies. Perform routine instrument maintenance and help troubleshoot basic issues. Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation. Follow established SOPs, quality-control requirements, and safety procedures. Assist with accessioning and other laboratory operations when needed. Cross-train in additional areas of the laboratory as skills and experience grow. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required. Previous toxicology laboratory experience strongly preferred. Experience with specimen extraction and toxicology sample preparation. Experience with EIA testing or similar laboratory instrumentation. Experience with automated liquid handlers is preferred.
LC-MS/MS
