Responsibilities The Medical Laboratory Scientist (TN) will perform the following job duties: Diagnostic laboratory testing within assigned areas.
Utilize specialized knowledge and skills within licensed areas of practice.
Promote collaboration and positive relationships between the Laboratory and other hospital departments.
Support accurate, efficient, and high-quality laboratory services.
The Laboratory Technician (TC) will perform the following duties: Diagnostic laboratory procedures efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Work closely with and under the guidance of a Laboratory Technologist.
Exercise limited independent judgment within established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Work under the supervision of a Laboratory Technologist, Supervisor, or Laboratory Director.
Collaborate with laboratory team members to support quality patient care and timely results.
