Our station is located in the beautiful Rogue Valley near the Southern Oregon Wine Trail and is just a short drive away from great hiking, mountain biking, skiing, golfing, fishing, and whitewater rafting, so weather is king in the region. As Chief Meteorologist, you will prepare and deliver weather content across all broadcast and digital platforms. The successful candidate isputer savvy (knowledge of WSI MAX is a plus) and has great writing, speaking, andanizational skills. A degree in meteorology, with a minimum of two (2) years' broadcast meteorology experience required.\nKDRV is the market leader and has been #1 in local news for more than 30 years. We produce 35 hours of local television news per week, plus digital and social coverage throughout the day. We serve a large area across six counties in Southern Oregon and our part of Northern California.
