Hybrid | Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing & Vendor Management Own the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process for CROs supporting Phase 2/3 clinical trials, with a heavy focus on contract negotiation, financial/budget analysis, bid defense, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end outsourcing activities including RFI/RFPs, vendor selection, bid defenses, contract negotiations, change orders, and contract closeout. Develop and execute clinical sourcing strategies that drive value, quality, and operational excellence. Manage CRO and vendor relationships, performance, and compliance. Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Finance teams. Negotiate complex clinical service agreements and manage vendor-related risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, PMP, or CPSM preferred. Significant experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or clinical operations within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments. Strong expertise in CRO management, contract negotiations, and clinical development. Experience supporting Phase 1-3 clinical trials; Cell Therapy experience is a plus.
