Job Description About the Opportunity We are partnering with a global life sciences organization to identify a Project Manager to support a strategic AI-driven initiative focused on transforming how scientific, clinical, and regulatory content is created and managed across the product development lifecycle. This role will work closely with product leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, external partners, and program leadership to drive project execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of key milestones. What You'll Be Supporting The project leverages Generative AI and modern cloud technologies to accelerate the creation of complex business and scientific documentation. By utilizing approved source content, predefined templates, and AI-enabled workflows, the platform helps improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability while allowing subject matter experts to focus on review and decision-making activities. This initiative supports stakeholders across multiple R D functions and is considered a strategic investment area with significant executive visibility. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions Manage RAID logs, action items, project communications, and status reporting Coordinate across business, product, technology, and vendor teams Track project deliverables, dependencies, and critical milestones Support executive reporting, steering committee preparation, and leadership communications Identify risks and blockers early and escalate as needed Partner closely with Program Management leadership to drive successful execution This role sits at the intersection of AI, digital transformation, cloud technology, and R D innovation.
