Laser Scanning, and Scan-to-BIM services. Our clients range from Architects to General Contractors, as well as MEP Contractors. Our project work Position Overview The ideal candidate should have experience developing electrical models in Revit, versed in working with construction documents, existing-condition information, and multidisciplinary models. Additional responsibilities may include 3D laser scanning, point-cloud processing, and Scan-to-BIM modeling of existing buildings and facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical modeling, coordination, and field-based reality capture. Responsibilities Create and modify electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit Model electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, conduit, cable tray, and related components as required by project scope Develop accurate models from construction documents, field information, and existing-condition data Assist with BIM/VDC coordination and model management Review models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination issues Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams as needed Assist with 3D laser scanning and reality-capture projects Register, process, and work with point-cloud data Create Revit models of existing conditions from point clouds (Scan-to-BIM) Perform field verification and data collection when required Maintain project files and follow established BIM standards and workflows Assist with other BIM/VDC and Revit-related tasks as needed
Qualifications Required:
Experience with Autodesk Revit Experience with electrical BIM/modeling Understanding of electrical construction systems and drawings Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and MEP construction documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks Preferred but not required: Experience with 3D laser scanning / reality capture Experience working with point clouds Previous Scan-to-BIM experience Experience with Autodesk ReCap Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows Experience in the electrical construction, MEP, engineering, or VDC industry Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model coordination

Compensation:
