Job Description:
Students will assist with promotional activities for the majors within Fine and Performing Arts, as well as History, Political Science, Interdisciplinary Studies, Global Studies and Communications. Duties will include greeting those that come to the office as well as photocopying, scanning, mailings, campus deliveries, and posting rooms assignments for private lessons schedule. Other possible tasks include ushering for lessons recitals, or music/theatre performances etc.
Job Requirements:
Good multitasking, communication, and time management skills. Friendly and approachable team member who works well independently and collaboratively, with the ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently.
