This role is ideal for professionals with experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or Oil & Gas (preferred) who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-performing technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain

AVEVA PI

System architecture, including PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, Interfaces, and Connectors . Ensure the PI infrastructure is secure, scalable, highly available, and optimized for performance. Handle end-to-end PI System implementations, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Integrate PI System with industrial control systems such as PLC, DCS, and SCADA using PI Interfaces and Connectors. Develop and maintain AF hierarchies, Event Frames, calculations, analytics, and PI Vision dashboards . Ensure accurate, reliable, and real-time data collection, processing, and visualization. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain data integrity. Support Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives by enabling real-time operational intelligence. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance-related records. Follow organizational standards, security practices, and company policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the

AVEVA PI

System (OSIsoft PI). Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or VBScript . Experience working with industrial communication protocols such as OPC, MQTT, Modbus , and SQL databases. AVEVA (OSIsoft) PI certifications are highly preferred. Exposure to cloud-based PI deployments, especially Microsoft Azure , is an advantage. Experience with PI Integrators , including Integrator for Business Analytics or Cloud, is desirable. Key Skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional initiatives. Adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements.
