We are seeking a Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst Team Lead to lead a team of MOE professionals in producing qualitative research and program evaluation activities for a key USG customer. Position contingent upon contract award! The Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst Team Lead will work side by side with our MOE professionals and lead research design, data collection, and data analysis activities to produce and implement recommendations that will support the client in optimizing delivery of specialized projects in support of their mission. This project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious, energetic MOE leader to lead a project with real impact to help our client develop ways of better meeting the needs of the mission. Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst Team Lead shall possess the following capabilities: Experience leading analytic teams in dispersed areas Experience developing and implementing multi-faceted research designs, communication plans, and marketing campaigns with practical strategies for conducting evaluations of strategic communications Applies operational and tradecraft knowledge to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of a variety of projects Designs, conducts, and interprets market research; including sample identification, instrument development, survey distribution, and response analysis Analyzes both qualitative and quantitative information to provide the customer with comprehensive insights into organizational strengths and challenge areas Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations Comfortable briefing senior-level customers on research plans, status of activities, findings, and recommendations Proficient generating operational proposals based upon your findings and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in discipline with an emphasis on data analysis Seven (7) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting; or seven (7) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of customer Four (4) years of experience managing analytic teams
Desired Qualifications:
A Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology Two (2) years of experience managing analysis projects under the direction of the customer Knowledge of communications analytics tools: i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
