Responsibilities Assist visitors with safe and enjoyable pony rides, including mounting and dismounting procedures Supervise children and guests during animal interactions to ensure safety and proper behavior Maintain cleanliness of animal enclosures, ride areas, and guest spaces to promote hygiene and safety standards Educate visitors about the animals, their care, and conservation efforts in an engaging manner Support staff in feeding, grooming, and caring for the animals as needed Enforce zoo rules and safety guidelines consistently to prevent accidents or injuries Help set up equipment for rides and animal encounters, ensuring everything is ready for daily operations Skills Passionate about working with animals and providing excellent guest service Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors of all ages Responsible, attentive to detail, and committed to safety protocols Previous experience with animals or in customer service is a plus but not required Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating a lively, safe, and memorable experience for every visitor!
