WORK OBJECTIVE

$$$

SIGN-ON BONUS

- $8,000.00 $$$ •If hired, candidate will receive a $8,000.00 bonus split up as followed: -$4,000.00 after successful completion of the initial 90-day period - $4,000.00 after obtaining a satisfactory rating on the first annual performance evaluation Performs a variety of supervisory, administrative, technical, and professional work in the current planning and zoning as well as the long-range planning programs related to the development and implementation of land use and related municipal plans and policies. Position also focuses on managing, coaching, and developing other people. Position requires extensive depth of expertise and knowledge in specialized functions or business areas that can be used to develop policies and procedures as well as determining efficient and innovative ways to accomplish the organization's business strategies.
