Effectively communicate with project leadership, requester, vendors, contractors and stakeholders to define design expectations with regard to quality design, scope of work, on time submittal of deliverables, and project schedule and budget. Build and maintain effective relationships. Carry concepts into final design through 3D drawings, AutoCAD floorplans and implement upon approval. Proficient in computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Project Matrix, and 3D programs. Preferred Qualifications Project management and capital project experience preferred.
