Contribute to our communities by helping the Utah Office of Recovery Services (ORS) in their mission to promote responsibility, by providing child support services and support for children in care to help ensure parents are financially responsible for their children. The Customer Service Unit (CSU) in the Taylorsville ORS office is looking for dedicated people to work as ORS Agents (Compliance Agent I). They are responsible for answering phone calls from clients and providing case and policy related information while utilizing strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. Educates and explains case actions, policy, and procedures in a clear and concise manner. Responds to client inquiries while complying with ORS policy and procedures. Conducts research to analyze facts and apply knowledge of the Office of Recovery Services rules, regulations, and policies. Qualifications A successful candidate for a CSU ORS Agent position has: Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication skills in verbal and written form Telephone etiquette skills Excellent typing skills The ability to enter data into a computer system accurately, using computer software programs including web based, spreadsheet, and word processing. The ability to interpret, clarify, explain, and apply agency policy and procedures, business practices, federal and state laws and regulations. The ability to stay focused while working in a fast-paced work environment. About the Role Location
