Job Description Overview Position Summary The Philanthropy Support Student Employee provides administrative and project support to the Philanthropy team. This position assists with day-to-day operational needs, meeting preparation, reporting, research, data collection, and special projects that support the team's philanthropic engagement and fundraising efforts. Responsibilities Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the Philanthropy team, including printing, organizing materials, shredding, and maintaining files and records. Assist with preparation and setup for team meetings, including gathering materials, organizing meeting spaces, and providing follow-up support as needed. Assist with recurring reporting processes, including preparing and distributing suspense or other scheduled reports according to established timelines. Conduct benchmarking and research to identify best practices, trends, and opportunities that may inform the team's work. Assist with developing, organizing, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and other process documentation. Support the development and administration of surveys, including assisting with survey setup, data collection, organization, and basic reporting. Assist with organizing and compiling data for team projects, presentations, and reports. Provide administrative support for travel preparation and other logistics related to team activities and events, as needed. Assist with special projects and other duties that support the goals and priorities of the Philanthropy team. Qualifications Enrolled student at Auburn University Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
