Job Description

Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country's leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district's candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. Turning Point Action is on a mission to save America, one precinct at a time. Turning Point Action is seeking a skilled Voter Data Admin to assist TPA's Data Department. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing complex voter trends and compiling detailed manuals that will be utilized for our "Chase the Vote" initiative.

Responsibilities:

Utilize voter registration technology to document voting patterns and history. Compile and maintain extensive spread-sheets with detailed information about voter demographics and trends on the local, state, and national level. Assist in creating detailed manuals and maps containing micro-and macro-voting trends and recommendations for field operations. Work in conjunction with the Field Team to compile voter data that will be hosted on the TPA's App for the 2024 General Election cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years in a research or data analysis role, preferably within a political or campaign setting. Proficiency in discerning meaning from patterns and identifying trends in data. Experience in voter contact technology. Proficiency with Google Sheets and other G-Suite software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills. Must be able to work in office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. "WOW"

Skills:

Extensive knowledge of party politics and a deep understanding of political landscapes. Prior political experience in a campaign and or data analytics role. Certification noting completion of a data analytics course or training. Degree in data analytics or a comparable field. Acute knowledge of ArcGIS or other mapping platforms Experience with SQL or Tableau All applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.
