We use an online skip tracing tool that allows us to research and continually update our information. If you have an investigative mind, you will find this job interesting and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

Locate and verify current addresses, phone numbers, and contact information Conduct investigative research related to claims, recovery, fraud prevention, or adverse drivers Analyze public records, databases, and internal systems Document findings clearly and accurately Support claims, recovery, or legal teams with verified data

Qualifications :

Ability to analyze and verify data accuracy Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Key Skills & Traits Strong investigative mindset Resourceful and persistent ("find-it" mentality) Excellent written communication Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented Professional judgment and discretion Ability to cross-reference and validate information from multiple sources
