Lutheran Social Services of

WI & UP MI

seeks a PQI Intern to support performance and quality improvement across behavioral health, housing, and family programs. In this mission-driven role, you will assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting; help maintain dashboards and documentation; and contribute to audits, surveys, and process reviews. Working within a faith-inspired, inclusive, trauma-informed culture, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, research best practices, and help translate findings into actionable improvements that strengthen services for individuals, families, and communities.
