Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identify trouble areas Assist the field with problem areas Work with region & Terminals, Dispatch, TM'S, & RDO'S, as well as sales account managers to resolve delivery constraints Generate reports and statistics for Management Develope programs to prevent future issues Identify system issues

Qualifications:

Entry level position with the opportunity for growth! Knowledge of city operations is a plus Advanced proficiency in Excel Knowledge of HU Movement Ability to effectively communicate with field for results Ability to think outside the box

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range:
