Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Strong background in foundational counseling skills, leadership, and management Proven ability to work one-on-one, with small groups, classroom settings, and alongside teachers, families, and administrators Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills Experience analyzing and improving existing counseling processes

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing emotional, academic, and social needs Develop and implement preventative and responsive counseling programs Collaborate with staff members, families, and stakeholders to support student success and well-being Conduct small group interventions, classroom guidance lessons, and crisis response as needed Maintain detailed documentation and confidentiality regarding student cases Contribute to ongoing evaluation and enhancement of counseling programs and school-wide initiatives
