Job Description

Category Schools - Counselor Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in students' lives while furthering your career as a School Counselor. This full-time, on-site contract role offers you the chance to work closely with students, educators, and families in a supportive school environment. Your expertise and positive approach will help students navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges, making a difference each day.
Key Qualifications:
Valid school counseling certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain one Master's degree in school counseling, counseling, or a related field Prior experience as a School Counselor preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and families
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of student needs Develop and implement programs that promote academic growth and well-being Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student success and address behavioral issues Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff regarding social, behavioral, and academic concerns Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school policies Contribute actively to a positive and inclusive school culture
Role Details:
