Aug 26, 2026 Job Description The Academic Interventionist at the Halifax School provides targeted academic support to students who require additional assistance in meeting grade-level expectations in literacy, mathematics, and other core content areas. Working collaboratively with classroom teachers, special educators, administrators, and families, the interventionist uses assessment data to identify student needs, develop intervention plans, monitor progress, and implement evidence-based instructional strategies in both small group and individual settings.
