ABOUT US
TTC4SUCCESS has worked with a variety of agencies over the past 35 years to implement effective programs and strategies to better meet the needs of intense children. The primary mission is to help families, communities, and agencies work smarter rather than harder by building proactive systems of care that endorse the philosophy that Kids Do Well If They Can versus Kids Will Do Well If They Want To. By understanding the brain and the hand that was dealt, teaching to skill deficits, and proactively implementing evidence-based strategies, agencies can successfully treat children in the least restrictive environment.
Location:
Corona, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Orange, Fullerton and near by cities
Commute:
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
Orange County Ca, Riverside County CA Driving:
Must have valid drivers license and a good driving history. Preferred to have 2 years experience transporting clients.
Background:
Must pass a criminal and employment background check
Pay:
$17.00 to $23.00/hour Minimum requirements and
Experience:
Minimum three years experience working with students with Autism and/or other mental health challenges and transporting students/passengers. Minimum HS degree (college preferred) Job duties: Be able to work effectively and efficiently with team members. Be able to connect and support students with varying degrees of mental health challenges. Be patient and calm under stress. Be able to prioritize and be flexible to change. Be able to teach coping skills, able to help students with academic tutoring if needed. Although currently the assignment is mainly in Orange County, we also work in surrounding counties so assignment may change based on workload.
