The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing effective employment programs, as well as coaching individuals to achieve employment. A successful job coach will also be able to motivate and encourage participants to gain the skills and experience needed to attain meaningful employment

Responsibilities:

Work with a person(s) with a disability. Provide 1:1 or group training in pre employment skills Assist with the development of a resume. Attend in person job interviews with participant. Communicate effectively and respectfully with participant, caregiver(s), employers, alike. Make sure to maintain the safety of the participant during their work shift.
