Responsibilities Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to adults with disabilities in a retail environment. Support participants in developing job skills, confidence, and workplace independence. Help maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused thrift store atmosphere. Collaborate with the Supported Employment Supervisor and fellow Job Coaches to coordinate participant services and communicate progress. Accurately complete and maintain required records, including attendance logs, coaching documentation, and incident reports. Ensure service quality meets organizational and contractual standards while fostering positive customer experiences. Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, encouragement, and personal growth for both participants and customers.
