Role Description The Job Title role at WCD Coaching Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Greensboro, NC. The person in this role will support coaching operations by coordinating client sessions, preparing and organizing coaching materials, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Daily responsibilities may include communicating with clients, managing schedules, and assisting with the implementation of coaching frameworks such as the Purpose Clarity Checklist and Fearless Activation Blueprint. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, supporting workshops or group sessions, and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multiple priorities. Candidates should possess basic technical skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools and the ability to learn new systems. Candidates should possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills to support coaching frameworks and operational improvements. Candidates should possess a client-focused mindset, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Relevant experience in coaching, counseling, professional development, or client services is beneficial. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (such as psychology, business, human resources, or communications) is preferred but not required.
