West Ohio Community Action Partnership (WOCAP) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mentor/Coach Coordinator to lead our Fatherhood Program. This position helps fathers build stronger relationships with their children through mentoring, education, coaching, and community support. What You'll Do Lead and support Mentor Coaches. Facilitate fatherhood and parenting classes. Mentor and encourage fathers as they strengthen their families. Connect participants with community resources. Build partnerships throughout Auglaize and Mercer Counties Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services or a related field. Two years of experience working with families or children. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
