Patrick Henry House, a residential substance use treatment program for adult men in Amelia Virginia, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. We provide Level 3.1 clinical care in a supportive, home-like environment where men can focus on recovery and rebuild their lives. What You'll Do As a Recovery Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents on their path to recovery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct support to clients, helping them achieve their recovery goals. Facilitating group activites and fostering a positive, supportive environment. Use electronic records management to maintain accurate documentation. Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, including being comfortable working independently with them. Driving a company vehicle as needed, with a positive point driving record. Complying with all DBHDS requirements and maintaining high standards of care. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ability to pass state and federal background checks. Comfort using technology, including Excel and electronic records systems. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with people to achieve their goals.
