Now Hiring:
Caregiver Responsibilities :
Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation. Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Experience as caregiver or support staff is a plus. Incorporating Harm Reduction, Informed Trauma Training and De-escalation techniques. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the underserved population. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with seniors. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions. Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
