Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Companionship and emotional support Assistance with mobility and transfers Transportation to appointments or errands if needed Document care provided during shifts Requirements Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Compassionate and dependable personality Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required TB test
