Role Description This is a part time on-site role as an Assisted Living Caregiver located in Hacienda Heights, CA. The Assisted Living Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily assistance to residents, which includes tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and mobility support. The caregiver will also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the residents. Compassionate communication and companionship are key aspects of this role. Qualifications
Experience in personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Basic housekeeping skills and experience in meal preparation.
Medication management skills and experience in healthcare settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide companionship and emotional support.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. . Chinese speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and compassionate with a strong understanding of the needs of elderly residents.
