Job Description
Caregiver / Home Care Aide PremiumCare Homecare LLC PremiumCare Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Caregivers to provide quality non-skilled in-home care to our clients. Job Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Agency Administrator. Provide direct client care as assigned. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and simple meal preparation. Provide transportation and assistance with errands or appointments as assigned. Follow each client's care plan and PremiumCare Homecare's policies and standards. Maintain accurate care notes and report changes, incidents, or concerns promptly. Protect client privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Maintain professional boundaries with clients and their families. Requirements Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation . Must be dependable, punctual, compassionate, and professional. Ability to work independently and follow care instructions. Must complete required company training and meet applicable employment requirements.
