$22.50-$25.50 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to provide part-time support for an independent elderly woman in Maxwell, CA. This is a private caregiving role , posted through Compass SLS & ILS, but not part of our typical service programs. The focus is on household assistance and companionship , not personal care. What You'll Do Assist with light household tasks like reheating meals and basic tidying Provide transportation to medical appointments (approx. every 3 months) Help with grocery shopping when a family member is unavailable Support with simple administrative tasks such as filing and writing checks (handwriting assistance) Offer warm, respectful companionship No Personal Care Required No lifting No bathing or hygiene support No medication administration Ideal Candidate Kind, dependable, and respectful Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable driving and running errands Enjoys supporting others in a calm, home-based environment Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certified or willing to complete Experience supporting older adults is a plus, but not required
