Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes promptly Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of resident spaces Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow personalized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to promote social engagement and mental well-being Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams Experience working in group homes or assisted living environments is highly desirable CPR and First Aid certifications are required Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in providing compassionate care Need to pass DOJ background check Join us in making a positive impact every day! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
